I was a bit skeptical at first. That was gone the very first day though! Any skepticism was immediately gone! I commend you on making such a fantastic bike. Unfortunately we don’t own the key making machine. They have to be made by Reention (or Phylion), the battery case manufacturer, and shipped from overseas. Most of the expense is in the personal handling and international shipping. We highly suggest separating the keys and keeping one safely stored somewhere. It is potentially more cost efficient to hire a locksmith. We don’t want to charge so much for keys.
