I set it to mph instead of kilometers and every time I turn it off and on have to choose mph again. When riding next to my husband (with the same bike) my display says I’m traveling 13 mph, my husbands reads 10 mph. when i slow down the 13 mph stays on the screen. Doesn’t move according to my speed.

When peddle assist is at #1 and I turn my display off, it’s still on #1 which if I bump the throttle, the bike could take off. This is all in the videos iIm sending. The first video is my husbands, the second video is my new display. Sometimes when turning on it says, Error 25. Couldn’t
find on line what that is.

I may have to submit videos separately, your Upload doesn’t work.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Assembly was straightforward. It has consistently functioned well. Initially, the headlight did not work, but an email quickly resolved the problem with a replacement sent immediately.
I really enjoy the ride and use it strictly off-road. The throttle is nice for getting out of tight spots. Definitely a great value and wonderful customer support. Kudos!
